St. Charles, MO – A 3-year-old Dalmatian taking Steadfast Canine joint health supplement since a pup invited to the most prestigious dog show in the world: The Westminster Kennel Club’s 136th Annual Dog Show in Madison Square Garden. Grand Champion Insignia IndyGeaux Dotts (“Indy”) from St. Charles, Missouri, was a member of the Non-Sporting Group, a Dalmatian, a Coaching Dog and known as a Fire Dog. Indy was singled out in the final four (4) of her breed at the recent event.
Dalmatians are a very active breed and require lots of exercise. Indy’s daily routine includes treadmill or running alongside a bike for about 5 miles a day. She sometimes trains on agility equipment and is often required to jump up on Fire Engine equipment in her work as a “fire dog” for the local fire departments.
“Indy has been a Steadfast dog since she was just a pup,” says Indy’s owner, Kathryn Ryan-Hogan. “She continually runs and makes sharp turns through the house and yard and jumps down the end of the stairs. My concern in a young dog was developing strong bones and cartilage to withstand the demands she put on her joints and body. Steadfast provides the ingredients to help her continue her active lifestyle and to stay healthy and strong. Steadfast was instrumental to her success as a show dog in coat color and quality, muscular build, bone structure, helping Indy to compete at the highest level in the show ring.”
Back home now in Missouri, Indy will continue her work as an ambassador of her breed. She’ll return to her favorite job as “Fire Dog” with several local Fire Departments, participating in Community Outreach and fire safety programs, greeting children at local events and festivals.
